Creating a single-page website

A single-page website can be used for a lot of things: giving your start-up company some early online visibility while building an email list, highlighting a new product or service, supporting a cost-per-click campaign, announcing an event or a special promotion and many more ...

While some landing pages may have their own specificities, all one-pager websites should be independent web pages, with the fewest possible distractions. Now, let's have a look on how to set up a single-page website with

Setting up your single-page website

At this point, you should have created your brand by choosing a name and a url for your brand. 

👉  When on your brand's dashboard, click on "Configure" to access configuration options. Select following options to set up a single-page website.

Info Tab

  1. Type of website -> select option "website"

  2. Your brand's name (name of your website)

  3. Description

  4. Publication Avatar

  5. Publication Logo

  6. Accent Color

  7. External Links

Navigation Tab

  1. Page URL on

  2. Custom Domain Name
    Follow this link to connect your custom domain name.

  3. Navigation Menu -> select "NO"  

  4. Google Analytics

  5. Facebook Pixel

General Tab 

If you're working with other people on your website, you can invite them to collaborate by following these instructions.

Set a home page for your website

If you haven't yet created a web page for your website, do it now by following these instructions.

Now that your page is created, you only have to set it as home page for your website:

  1. Open the page (tyl) you want to use as your website.

  2. Click on "Edit this tyl".

  3. If you want to modify the content or the design of your page, do it and publish the new version of your page. Otherwise, click "Exit".

  4. Click on the "Settings" menu of your page (the 3 dots in the upper right corner).

  5. Click on "Branding".

  6. Select your site from the list.

  7. Click on "Save".

  8. Click on your logo in the upper left corner to return to your site's dashboard.

  9. Click on the "Settings" menu on your page card (the 3 dots in the lower right corner).

  10. Click on "Set Homepage".

  11. Confirm.

Congrats, your single-page website or landing page is now up and running, using your custom domain name if you have configured it.

Don't forget to insert a Google Analytics tracking code and a Facebook Pixel to collect valuable insights about the traffic on this page!
